DELIVERY POLICY

At Sexxi Doggi, we’re committed to delivering your pet-care essentials safely, quickly, and with care.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • If an item requires special handling or is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed during checkout or via email.

Shipping Time

  • Once dispatched, orders typically reach you within 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted and reputable courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow your package in real time.

Delays

While we try to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • weather conditions
  • festivals or public holidays
  • unforeseen operational disruptions
  • Sexxi Doggi is not responsible for such external delays.

Important

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery failures or extra charges.

REFUND POLICY

  • As most of our products are hygiene-based pet-care items, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.

However, refunds will be considered only if:

✔ You received a damaged or defective product

✔ You received the wrong item

✔ The product received does not match the product description

To request a refund:

Email us at hello@sexxidoggi.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the replacement request, customers are required to provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video as proof. Unfortunately, replacement requests without an unboxing video or raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Include clear photos/video of:

    • the product

    • the packaging

    • the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

After reviewing your request, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been packed or shipped.
  • Once the order is processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds or cancellations will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or promotions
  • Minor variations in color, bottle/packaging, or product appearance
  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery
  • Pet hygiene items once opened or used
  • Failure to raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery
